- 30g of lupin flour
- 1 whole egg
- Zest of ½ a lemon
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 1/3 serve chocolate whey protein
- 2 teaspoons cacao powder
Combine the egg, lupin flour, baking powder, stevia & lemon zest in a bowl and mix well until all lumps are removed. Cook on a pan the same as you would a regular pancake.
Top with the whey protein, cacao and peanut butter mixed together with enough water to make a thick topping.
