Not so new to training, but have a problem that you can’t seem to solve on your own?

Look no further.

This package includes 2 x 45m 1on1 sessions plus a tailored, 6 week program to follow which aims to get you to where you want to be.
You’ll be working directly with me and getting the benefit of over 12 years of experience, knowledge and success with clients struggling with the same thing that you seek to achieve!

In your first 45m we’ll start with a problem solving session;
– We’ll find out what you want to achieve, and why you might not be reaching your goals with your current approach
– Mobility / movement and technique assessments as needed
– Your ideal training schedule and structure, and
– Any limitations, concerns or issues you might have regarding nutrition, training and lifestyle.

My aim is to have you walk out of the very first session with a solution to your problem, in under 45 minutes.

Following your 1st session, you’ll receive;
– A 6 week training program which SOLVES your problem, be it technical skills, fat loss or mass gain, strength development or any other specific goal.

During those 6 weeks you have the ability to check in with me, get video form feedback and to receive as many adjustments to the baseline program as you need.

After the 6 weeks:
– We catch up for another 45m face to face session to celebrate your progress, tweak anything further or look to the next goal.
