Coconut & Garlic Naan

This is a very filling breakfast or mains option which is really high in fibre, this gives 2/3 of your daily intake in one meal. Serves 1.



  • 40g coconut flour
  • 10g psyllium husks
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cloves of crushed or roasted garlic
  • 1 tsp butter
  • Freshly chopped herbs
  • Salt & pepper



Combine the psyllium husk, coconut flour, garlic, salt, pepper and two egg whites in a bowl with just enough water to make a dough consistency.

Heat a non-stick frying pan and gently place the dough on top, spreading out to the sides to make a round shape which is the same height all the way through.
Fry for 2 minutes before flipping, and pressing down gently while the other side is cooking. Take off the heat after another 2 minutes and leave to cool on a plate.
Add a tiny knob of butter to the bread so it melts onto the surface.

Cook the two whole eggs on the hot pan before adding to the bread with your choice of herbs.
