Lemon, Chocolate and Peanut Butter Pancake

Ingredients:

  • 30g of lupin flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • Zest of ½ a lemon
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 1/3 serve chocolate whey protein
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder

Method:

Combine the egg, lupin flour, baking powder, stevia & lemon zest in a bowl and mix well until all lumps are removed. Cook on a pan the same as you would a regular pancake.

Top with the whey protein, cacao and peanut butter mixed together with enough water to make a thick topping.
