Cancellation / reschedule policy

Cancelled sessions with more than 12 and less than 24 hours notice:
Cancellations within 12-24 hours notice of the allotted training time are to be paid in full.
You may however elect to make up your missed training session within 4 weeks as an EXTRA session.
Ie if you typically do 1 PT session per week, you have one month from the date of the cancelled appointment to add a 2nd session.
Sessions not made up within 4 weeks are forfeited and cannot be banked or rolled over after this period.

No Shows / Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice of the agreed time:
These sessions are to be paid in full and cannot be used as an extra session.

Reschedules:
Reschedule requests within 12-24 hours of the alloted time will be treated as per the above cancellation policy. Reschedules with more than 24 hours notice do not require payment in full and your invoice for that week will be removed.

If you are doing a 2on1+ private personal training session:
If one or more of your party cannot attend and you have given less than 24 hours notice, please note your quoted group rate is still payable.
Changes to attendees with more than 24 hours notice will be changed according to the amount of clients attending.
