I’ve made many pancake recipes. This is probably the 23rd pancake recipe.
THIS IS THE BEST ONE.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gluten free self raising flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 scoops of WPI / WPC in coffee flavour
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup almond milk
Method:
Mix together the dry ingredients before whisking in the egg and almond milk.
Preheat a pan.

Recipe makes 2 serves of 2 large pancakes each. Nutrition information is for the pancakes only.
I’d recommend mixing 1/2 a serve of WPI with a teaspoon of peanut butter and throwing it on top.
