Caramel Centered Chocolates

I feel bad even calling this a “recipe,” it’s that easy to make!
There’s only four ingredients, but there’s a LOT of flavour.


Don’t be too anal about how these look when you’re putting them together, they look and taste better when no two chocolates are the same!





  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 serves Prana Organic Nutrition in Salted Caramel
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk






In one bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil, cocoa and 1 scoop of Prana.
In another bowl, mix together the other scoop of Prana and the unsweetened almond milk.
Using individual chocolate molds, pour half of the chocolate mixture into the mold and then gently tilt so that the chocolate covers each side.  Freeze for five minutes.


After five minutes, spoon equal portions of the caramel filling into each mold and then pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the top. Smooth out the chocolate layer so it’s even and then freeze for another five minutes.


These are best kept in the freezer and then taken out 5 minutes prior to serving.  The mixture makes about 25 individual chocolates.
